Our programs
For ages 9 through 12, this program continues with the development of fundamental skiing and racing skills in a fun, team-orientated environment. It introduces the athletes to individual competition in races throughout the National Capital and Outaouais region and thus are introduced to higher levels of racing and competition.
The emphasis is placed on fun and team spirit. Athletes are encouraged to strive to reach their individual potential. The program is designed to allow the athletes to develop in the areas of physical fitness, mental preparation, skiing skills, and racing skills.
Ski helmets are compulsory for training and competition for all participants in the racing program.
Racing Program Costs 2009 - 2010
I2 (kids born in 1997-1998)

For ages 13 and up, our programs progressively fine tunes the skiing and racing skills, through diverse training at Mont Cascades Resort and races in the National Capital and Outaouais region and in Cadet Races throughout Quebec.

Speed Camps: The K1, K2 and Junior athletes will be invited to participate in 3 speed camps. Two will take place in the Ottawa area lasting from 2 to 3 days and one is organized by the CSCF lasting 5 days. More information will be available in the months to come.
