We recognize that certain factors may cause changes or cancellations. In order to keep offering you these great prices, we have established the following procedures:
Three days before your visit, we ask that you confirm the number of people who will make up your group (even if the number is identical to the initial reservation).
Cancellations or changes have to be done as soon as possible or, at the latest, three days prior to your visit.
When ski school lessons are reserved, billing will be based on the number of people present during your visit. In the event of a lower attendance, billing will be reduced accordingly, up to a maximum of 10% difference from the confirmed reservation.
