Park Policy

1. Tickets bought online are valid from the day AFTER they were purchased to the end of the current season. Therefore, any tickets purchased today are valid from tomorrow to September 1st, 2009.
   
   
2. Mont Cascades Resort Waterpark admission includes unlimited use of all attractions.
   
   
3. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
   
   
4. Prices and information are subject to change without notice.
   
   
5. Due to weather and other circumstances, certain attractions may not be operating on the day of your visit. No refunds or rain checks are available.
   
   
6. Since the majority of Mont Cascades Resort Waterpark guests are barefoot, no glass containers are allowed inside the park.
   
   
7. You may wear clothes, sandals, hats or glasses in all slides except Kamikaze, Turbo Twister and the Vortex.
   
   
8. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto Mont Cascades Resort property. We reserve the right to inspect coolers, picnic lunches, and any bags brought on the property.
   
   
9. No portable radios or barbecues are allowed inside the park.
   
   
10. For your safety, height restrictions are in effect on many of Mont Cascades Resort attractions. Children less than 4 feet (48 inches) must be accompanied by an adult on some slides.
    
    
11. For hygienic reasons we do not allow diapers - only those that are designed for swimming.
    
    
12. Safety harnesses are accepted.
    
    
13. There are inherent risks associated with water attractions and our other facilities, including the risk of injury.
    
    
14. All participants assume such risks of injury.
    
    
15. Please read all signs and instructions prior to participating in any attraction.
